On April 23, 2022 we had 14 volunteers who collected 6 pick up loads of trash, including a couch, washing machine, tires and a mattress. Because we were so spread out, we have pictures of the trash collected only.
The lunch afterwards at the Cleator Yacht club was great. We cooked hamburgers and hot dogs for the volunteers, then for the rest of the people at the club for donations, we raised 247 dollars.
Special thanks to Wide World of Maps, Betty’s Trail Rides, and the Crown King General Store for their generous donations for prizes at the lunch. Much appreciation for Mikey, Tina and the rest of the crew at the Yacht club. We will be back and bigger than ever next year, Stay tune.
